At Baires Coffee, we carry a five-generation legacy of coffee farming. From our Matalapa and Santa Elena estates, located in El Salvador’s Balsam Mountain Range, we grow, process, and export high-altitude specialty coffee with a commitment to quality, sustainability, and flavor.

Our Estate

Our coffee estates are located between 1,100 and 1,450 meters above sea level in the Balsam Mountain Range, a region known for its ideal microclimates, rich biodiversity, and abundant natural springs.

We manage 116 coffee manzanas, of which 103 are cultivated, and protect water sources that supply nearby communities. Our estate reflects the perfect balance between nature and specialty coffee production.
